Hello, I live in a studio condo in La Jolla and would like a catio on my balcony for my cat. I am not allowed to drill into the wood railings or stucco or concrete. Is it possible for you to build something like this that does not alter the structure of my balcony? Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you!
